Surprise

A quick edit of a previous vector of Pinkie I did to get her beta form, Surprise. Of all the unused concept designs we've heard about, I think Surprise is my favourite. Of course, Pinkie is scarily fast enough as an Earth Pony... I don't think Rainbow would stand a chance against her as a Pegasus, lol.
